At the intersection of ‘The Center of the Universe’ stands one of the most iconic buildings in historic Wallace, the White and Bender. Built in 1890, the Queen Anne styled commercial building withstood fire and flood early in its life. The original pressed metal turret, White and Bender shelving and beveled glass transom windows remain, along with many other charming historical features still in tact.
